We were in Albany running two Youth Literature Days at the Southern Grammar School - on Friday it was 37 degrees but we were working in a hall which had no air con and no fans so it was probably more like 39 - 40. It was a wonder the poor kids could concentrate at all.
Have I mentioned how I hate the heat...
