Supposedly Friday is my day off. In reality, all sorts of things generally happen to make it less than that. Today it was a trip to the dentist. Followed by the realisation that I have some kind of RSI. Well, I knew that but it's flared up so my actual shoulder hurts. Which was unfortunate as today was my script formatting day.
After a post-trauma nap - I always have to do that after the dentist - I changed my work station marginally in the hope that would combat some of my shoulder pain.
Very happy with what I've done so far, despite the rather broken-into day.
